USC basketball Coach George Raveling and Washington Athletic Director Barbara Hedges have been named to a 15-person committee to review the NCAA penalty structure. Mississippi chancellor R. Gerald Turner will chair the committee, created at the request of the NCAA Committee on Infractions.
