Altared States: There will be another happy announcement on the talk show circuit today. On the “Sally Jesse Raphael” show, Raphael shares the news that her daughter, Andrea Vladimir, is engaged to be married. With Vladimir at her side, Raphael will make the announcement during a show that deals with mothers who fear their daughters will never marry. She’ll also introduce her future son-in-law, Peter Romanoff. Raphael says she’s glad to be able to share the good news with her audience, which has supported her through hard times, including her son’s car accident and her daughter Allison’s death.
