Trimedyne Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of medical lasers said it lost $688,000, or 9 cents per share, for its fiscal 1992 second quarter, compared to a net loss of $857,000, or 12 cents per share, for the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was up 29% to $2.7 million from $2.1 million. For the first half, the company lost $1.5 million, or 21 cents per share, on revenue of $4.8 million. For the first six months last year, the net loss totaled $2.6 million, or 39 cents per share, on revenue of $5.3 million.
