Irvine Firm Acquires Leases on 6 Moscow Stores
Hart Industries Inc. in Irvine said Wednesday that it has acquired 20-year leases on six retail stores in Moscow.
The publicly held environmental services company said it bought the leases from its investment banker, Stevenson Abercrombie & Claythorne Co., also of Irvine.
“All six stores are located in the central district near the Kremlin,” said Patrick Elliott, vice president of Hart Industries. The small specialty shops will offer merchandise ranging from clothes to food and liquor, he said.
Elliott declined to disclose the financial terms of the leases.
