NO TROMBONES: The parody singers Capitol Steps bring their wacky political humor to the Fullerton Museum for two shows tonight. (F1) And what timing: The title song of their current album, “76 Bad Loans,” is about Charles H. Keating Jr., who will be sentenced today (D1) for the fraud scandal at his Irvine-based Lincoln Savings & Loan. A sample, a la “Music Man”: “76 bad loans led the hit parade, with 110 more debts close at hand, and thousands of bank defaults, and a million empty vaults . . .”
