Drug Probe Culminates in Four Arrests
Four people were arrested in Chula Vista Friday night on suspicion of selling 2 pounds of black tar heroin, valued at more than $100,000, to undercover agents, authorities reported.
The arrests, by agents of the federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the San Diego County Narcotics Task Force, culminated a three-month investigation into the drug trafficking group out of Mexico, DEA spokesman Jack Hook said.
Arrested were two men from Mexico, Marco Antonio Villegas, 26, and Jesus Valenquela-Zamora, 50, and two women from Douglas, Ariz., Christina Monique Villaescusa, 29, and Mande Cababeo-Guzman, 34.
