Four Sailors Hurt
A Navy boat was hit by a “sneaker” set of waves off the Silver Strand in Imperial Beach Wednesday, capsizing the vessel and injuring four seamen.

The four were brought ashore by a Coast Guard rescue team and taken to Balboa Naval Hospital.
