A 14-year-old girl who was killed Saturday night while crossing Mission Gorge Road was identified Sunday as Lisa Pytanowski of the 6300 block of Ridge Manor Road in San Diego.
Pytanowski was pronounced dead at Sharp Memorial Hospital at 9:32 p.m., about an hour after the accident, which occurred at the Margerum Avenue intersection, a spokesman for the county coroner’s office said.
The girl suffered multiple head injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not cited.
