UC Riverside Rallies to Stay Alive, 12-10
Ruben Ayala had five hits, including a tournament-record four doubles, as UC Riverside stayed alive in the NCAA Division II World Series with a 12-10 victory over Jacksonville State Thursday at Montgomery, Ala.
Riverside (38-24-1) will play Jacksonville State (39-12) again today, the winner advancing to Saturday’s championship game.
