Plane Crash Suit: Lawyers for a woman killed in the crash of a plane carrying country singer Reba McEntire’s band have filed a $22-million negligence suit against the firms that chartered and owned the aircraft. The husband and parents of singer Paula Evans Wallace filed suit in Dallas County District Court against Dallas-based Prestige Touring, which chartered the jet, and Duncan Aircraft Sales of Venice, Fla., which owned it. Wallace, six of McEntire’s band members, the road manager and the plane’s crew were killed in a crash near San Diego on March 16.
