I agree with Carla Klein (TV Times, March 10). Jay Leno is wonderful and Johnny Carson (“The Tonight Show,” NBC) should use him not only on (Carson’s) nights off but also when he’s on vacation.

His repeat shows (“The Best of Carson”) are about as fresh as yesterday’s bagels.
