Bethlehem Steel Corp.: The Bethlehem, Pa., firm reported net losses of $523 million for the fourth quarter and $488 million for 1990 as a result of a $550-million restructuring charge. The charge is principally in connection with a venture with British Steel PLC, the proposed modernization, and its structural and rail products operations. The nation’s No. 2 steelmaker had net income of $43.6 million and $219.7 million for the fourth quarter and year 1989. Revenue in the latest quarter rose 6% to $1.2 billion.
