Kieishsha Garnes scored 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds, but it was not enough to prevent San Diego State from losing to visiting Texas Tech, 72-57. SDSU (4-4) just couldn’t handle Texas Tech forward Tami Wilson, who had 25 points and 23 rebounds. Texas Tech improved to 7-2.
