ANAHEIM : One-Acre Parcel Nears Annexation
A 1-acre rectangular plot in an unincorporated part of the county near the city limits is one step closer to becoming part of the city, following the City Council’s approval of the annexation this week.
The annexation still needs to be approved by the county and the Local Agency Formation Commission.

One single-family home sits on the land on which a developer wants to build a 38-unit apartment complex. The development proposal would require separate public hearings for both a zone change and approval of the project.
