Rykoff-Sexton Inc., Los Angeles, has named Alan V. Giuliani to the newly created post of vice president-marketing. Giuliani, 44, will oversee all of the food-service company’s manufacturing operations. He was most recently vice president-research and development and engineering of the Dove International unit of Mars Inc.
