Boyfriend Sought in Fatal Shooting of Woman, 28
A man already wanted for attempted murder in Illinois was being sought this week in the shooting death last weekend of his girlfriend, whose body was found in his Venice apartment, police said.
A neighbor found the body of Ute Linglebach, 28, of Los Angeles, in the apartment on Westmnister Avenue about 11:20 a.m. Saturday, Lt. Ross Moen said.
Robert Washington, 24, who lived with Linglebach, has been missing since then, officials said Wednesday.
An all-points bulletin has been issued for Washington in connection with the shooting. It was not known when Linglebach was shot nor why.
