THOUSAND OAKS : Party Crashers Stab Fleeing Teen-Ager
A Camarillo teen-ager was stabbed in the back as he attempted to run from several attackers at a party in Thousand Oaks, authorities said Monday.
The 16-year-old boy was stabbed with a knife during a fight that broke out about 9:30 p.m. Saturday between guests and people trying to crash the party in the 2700 block of Amber Wood Place, Ventura County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dan Coons said.
Two young men tried to enter the party and were refused. They returned with 15 to 20 others armed with clubs and began chasing the guests, Coons said.
The victim was taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, where he was treated and released.
