Three University of Arkansas football players--Ty Mason, Scott Long and Terence (JuJu) Harshaw--pleaded not guilty to two charges each of breaking or entering, and their trial was set for Dec. 20.
Breaking or entering is a Class D felony. The maximum sentence for each charge is six years in jail and/or a fine of $10,000.
Harshaw and Mason, both 21, and Long, 20, were arrested early Wednesday after police received a report of car break-ins at an apartment complex.
Mason and Long also received citations on separate misdemeanor charges, and Long was charged with carrying a prohibited weapon, a .22-caliber handgun.
