Britain’s Adrian Moorhouse won the 100-meter breaststroke at the International Swimming Cup at Rome, but failed to break his own world record. Moorhouse was clocked in 1 minute 2.22 seconds--0.73 seconds shy of the mark he set at the European Championships in Bonn one year ago.
