Barranca Court, completed last September, is more than 62% leased. The two buildings, each three stories tall, contain a total of 102,000 square feet. According to Hawthorne Development Co., the project was responsible for almost one-third of the total office absorption in Irvine Center during the first quarter of 1990, with 30,000 square feet leased during that time.
