Time Warner Forms Sports Division: The media giant has created a sports marketing company called Time Warner Sports to expand current ventures and acquire new rights. The sports division will coordinate sports rights agreements held by the company’s magazine, cable, pay television, home video, licensing and book groups. It will also explore new business opportunities. Seth G. Abraham was named president and chief executive of the new company.
