Nabisco to Sell Pet Snacks Division: Nabisco Brands plans to sell its pet snacks division, which makes Milk Bones dog biscuits, to concentrate on making “human foods,” a company official confirmed. The RJR Nabisco Inc. subsidiary said it had not yet received any offers. The pet snacks division employs about 275 people at a plant in Buffalo, N.Y., and 12 at a kennel in Sherburne, 40 miles southeast of Syracuse, N.Y., where its products are tested. The pet snacks division had about $150 million in sales last year. Its profit was not disclosed separately from Nabisco’s.
