What better reading material could one ask for: a poorly written book filled with inaccuracies about a thoroughly obnoxious, despicable character. It’s difficult to determine which is a greater bomb: the discovery of the H-bomb or this book.

Besides, Edward Teller is not worth writing about anyway. Not only did he unjustly assassinate the character of Robert J. Oppenheimer, but his vigorous pro-nuclear stance caused the Nuclear Age and the Cold War to be prolonged decades after it should or could have ended. In addition, he unscrupulously exaggerated his role regarding the invention of the H-bomb, at the expense of Stanislaw Ulam. He’s an individual who should be criticized, not praised.
