First Sale: BHI-Dover, a Newport Beach real estate investor, sold its first property recently, the Target Plaza in Victorville. Price: $4 million from a group of investors. BHI bought the 8-year-old shopping center as the first investment in its portfolio--now worth $425 million--in 1984.
