Nation IN BRIEF : MASSACHUSETTS : Police Hold Boy, 9, on Crack Charge

A 9-year-old boy accused of offering crack cocaine to an undercover Boston police officer was arraigned on juvenile delinquency charges, held overnight in jail and released to the custody of his grandmother. Police searched for a teen-ager who allegedly supplied drugs to the youngster. The boy had $68 in his pockets at the time of his arrest, police said.
