Rolling Hills Cager Going to Pepperdine
Rolling Hills High guard Steve Clover, one of the South Bay’s most highly recruited prep basketball players, gave a verbal commitment to Pepperdine on Tuesday, Rolling Hills Coach Cliff Warren said.
Clover will sign a letter of intent during the early one-week NCAA signing period beginning Nov. 8, Warren said.
A 6-foot-4 senior, Clover averaged 18 points a game last season and was selected to the All-Bay League first team. He chose Pepperdine over Loyola Marymount and USC.
