Quake Shakes North Israel

JERUSALEM — An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 shook northern Israel on Monday, but no damage or injuries were reported, Israel Radio said. Avi Shapira, head of Israel’s Seismological Institute, said the quake originated in the sea off the coastal Lebanese city of Sidon.
