Commercial Scene : Galleria L’Orange Complex Breaks Ground in Orange
Construction has begun on the $6.5-million Galleria L’Orange shopping center, a 40,750-square-foot complex at the southwest corner of Main Street and Chapman Avenue in Orange.
The project is already 50% leased, with anchor tenants CVS Drugs and Blockbuster Video each taking more than 6,000 square feet of space. The complex is expected to open by the end of this year.
The French-style shopping center was designed by Architects Orange and is being developed by Corinthian Development Co. Burke Commercial Real Estate is exclusive leasing agent.
