Allergan Inc., an Irvine manufacturer of products for the care of eyes and skin, has made changes in its executive ranks. Richard M. Haugen has been appointed president of the company’s optical division, which makes and markets contact lenses and lens-care products. Haugen replaces Donald M. Earhart, who resigned for personal reasons, the company said. Robert Bishop, formerly president of Allergan Medical Optics, the company’s intraocular and surgical business, will replace Haugen as president of Allergan Pharmaceuticals, the company’s prescription and over-the-counter drug business.
