BIA, USC Host
Executives and government officials will participate in the Land Planning and Development Controls Conference to be held Friday at the Sheraton Grande from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The conference is being sponsored by the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California and the USC Law Center and USC Property Forum.
George Lefcoe, chairman of the Property Forum, will open the program, which will include five panel discussions and a concluding presentation by Mel Wynn, president of the Building Industry Assn. and president of Glenfed Development.
Other panel leaders are Don Collin, general counsel of the BIA; Jeffrey M. Gault, executive vice president, director of real estate, Home Savings of America; Bill Luddy, president, Los Angeles City Planning Commission; Norton Younglove, chairman, South Coast Air Quality Management District and supervisor, Riverside County, and Richard S. Ziman, managing partner, Pacific Financial Group.
