Community Psychiatric Centers, Laguna Hills, reported that net earnings rose to $70.8 million for the fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 1988, an 18% increase from the $60 million posted a year ago. Revenue increased 20% to $355.6 million from $295.6 million. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 1988, net earnings totaled $16.9 million, 27% higher than the $13.3 million posted for the comparable period a year earlier. Revenue increased 26% to $93.5 million from $74.1 million. Community Psychiatric Centers owns and operates a chain of acute psychiatric hospitals. It also provides alcoholic treatment services, operates a chain of kidney dialysis centers, and owns a home health-care services business.
