Police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man who was shot to death Sunday in San Diego.
The body of George Hernandez of San Diego was discovered in a vacant lot by a passing motorist along Chollas Parkway in East San Diego at about 9 a.m., police said.
Hernandez had been shot once in the back, police said.
