Ambassador’s Wife to Be Reagan’s Policy Assistant

WASHINGTON — The White House announced Thursday that President Reagan will appoint Franmarie Kennedy-Keel as deputy assistant to the President for policy development. She is the wife of Alton Keel, U.S. ambassador to NATO. Kennedy-Keel will succeed Gary L. Bauer, who has resigned.
