A former state clerk has been convicted of using state tax records to supply the home addresses of Folsom Prison correctional officers to the Aryan Brotherhood white supremacist prison gang. A Sacramento Superior Court jury found Judith Danelle Box, 39, guilty of conspiracy and illegal use of a state computer. Box, a clerk for the state Franchise Tax Board, was the girlfriend of a gang member. According to trial testimony, the prison gang plotted to kill the correctional officers in retribution for the shooting of one member, Art Ruffo, during a scuffle in the Folsom Prison yard. Box faces a maximum prison term of 4 years.
