Police arrested a Japanese teen-ager after a dismantled rifle, a pellet gun, several dummy hand grenades and explosives were found in his luggage at Philadelphia International Airport, authorities said. They evacuated one of the five terminals after the 18-year-old college student, identified as Yoshino Kosugi, tried to check in at the last minute for the early Sunday Northwest Airlines Flight 7 to Tokyo via Minneapolis and Los Angeles, Detective Warren Rosen said. FBI spokesman John Kundts said Kosugi, a student at Drexel University, would be arraigned today on charges of attempting to board an aircraft with firearms, explosives or incendiary devices.
