Mack Lobell, the world record-holding trotter and last year’s Hambletonian winner, has been sold to a Swedish syndicate for a reported $6 million and will return to stand at stud in Stockholm.

Mack Lobell is expected to retire to stud after two more seasons of racing in the United States.
