Blast Kills 3 in Belgium

ANTWERP, Belgium — An explosion Sunday demolished two houses in the center of this port city, killing three people, including an 8-month-old baby, and injuring four others, police said. One woman was still missing. Police said the blast was apparently caused by a gas leak.
