Temple City : Trash Pickup Rate Hiked
The City Council has approved a request by Community Disposal to raise its trash pickup rate for single family dwellings from $7.90 a month to $9.10.
The company told the council that its fees for dumping solid waste have increased 42% and its liability insurance more than 1,000% over the last five years.
