High-scoring forward Kiki Vandeweghe signed a six-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.
The 6-foot-8 Vandeweghe, who has averaged 23.4 points per game in six NBA seasons, signed the contract on live cable television on the Trail Blazers’ talk show. His sister, Tauna, is the show’s co-host.
Vandeweghe, 28, led the Trail Blazers in scoring last season with a 24.8 average.
