A Malibu Municipal Court commissioner allowed actor Jan-Michael Vincent, 40, to delay serving a 30-day jail term related to drunk driving until November to allow the television star to continue alcohol abuse counseling. The star of the recently canceled CBS “Airwolf” television series was ordered by Commissioner Richard Brand to return to court Nov. 12 for a review. Deputy Dist. Atty. Greg Jessner said that if Brand is satisfied with Vincent’s progress in the program, he may reduce the actor’s jail sentence or dismiss it.
