Bekins Building to Be Used for Self-Storage
The 37,000-square-foot, five-story Bekins Moving & Storage warehouse in Sherman Oaks has been sold for $1,486,000 to private investors Dennis and Joanne Geiler who plan to convert the property to self storage.
