Rancho Santiago Pitcher Signs With Texas
Rancho Santiago pitcher Chris Shiflett has signed a pro contract with the Texas Rangers, the team announced Thursday. Shiflett is expected to report to the Rangers’ Sarasota, Fla., farm club within 10 days, the team said.
