Los Angeles police arrested four people after using the department’s battering ram to punch holes in the walls of a suspected drug-dealing base in South-Central Los Angeles. Police said they found a small amount of rock cocaine and a grocery bag filled with lottery tickets in two ground-floor apartments at 1460 and 1462 W. 36th St.
