Rachael Trisler, 80, was killed when the car she was riding in collided with another car in the city of Orange and burst into flames, police said. She died at 4:05 p.m. at UCI Medical Center of multiple injuries suffered in the 1:35 p.m. crash, according to the Orange County coroner’s office. She was a passenger in a car driven by Mabel Fisher, 76, who was in fair condition Monday night at the same hospital. The driver of the second car was not injured and was not cited in the accident on the City Drive. Two passersby, Daniel Crespo of Tustin and Richard Sumstad of Santa Ana, pulled both women from the car before it was engulfed in flames, Higley said.
