Dope Suspects Held: Two men remained in Orange County Jail Friday after their arrests earlier this week on suspicion of dealing in heroin. Robert Armas Delgado, 50, of Chino and David Philip Parry, 30, of La Habra were arrested Wednesday morning and charged with selling an illegal substance, Brea Police spokesman Jon Cherney said. Delgado was being held on $250,000 bail and Parry on $25,000 bail, Cherney said. The arrests culminated a three-month federal investigation, he added.
