Riley, 5th District county supervisor and a former Marine Corps general representing the World War II era, and William Barber, a Medal of Honor recipient who will represent the Korean War era.
The ceremony, which will be open to the public, will begin at 10 a.m. For more information, contact Doug Boeckler of the Veterans Memorial Committee at (714) 834-2224.
