Storms brought heavy rains to areas from Michigan to Texas after spawning at least six tornadoes in Wisconsin that left two persons dead and more than 30 injured. One woman was killed and 21 persons were injured when a tornado struck a trailer court in New Lisbon, Wis. About half of the dozen trailers at the court were destroyed, police said. Near Rio, Wis., a 16-year-old girl died when her camper was hit by a tree.
