Time Energy Systems to Build Power Plant

HOUSTON — Time Energy Systems Inc. said it will build a wood-fired power facility in Hillman, Mich., for $11 million and will supply Consumers Power of Michigan electrical power under a 30-year contract.
Time Energy said construction should start within three months, and completion is expected in 18 to 24 months.
