Rep. Esteban E. Torres (D-La Puente) will close his Norwalk office Sunday and move the staff temporarily to his West Covina office in the Home Federal Savings and Loan Building, 1400 West Covina Parkway, Suite 201. Constituents of his 34th District may reach him by calling (818) 814-1557.
On Sept. 16, Torres will consolidate district operations in a new building at 8819 Whittier Blvd. in Pico Rivera. Torres said he believes he can serve constituents best by merging the two offices in a centrally located area.
