Lorimar withdrew its bid for Multimedia.
The Culver City-based firm said its decision was a result of Multimedia’s announcement that Multimedia’s founding families had entered into a shareholders agreement to support a previously reported recapitalization plan and and would not sell or dispose of their stock or otherwise support Lorimar’s proposal.
